2) Strength of the joint between the belt carcass can reach 90% of the belt
inherent strength
3) No distinct joining defect on the belt surface, smooth conveying and small extension
4) The belt carcass is made from excellent pure cotton or Vinylon and polyester canvass
as the mightiness layer, generally with 2~6 layers, the max. belt width
is 1,500mm
5) According to the performance, the belt can be divided into general belt,
heat-resistant belt (¡120oC), cold-resistant belt
(¡- 40oC), acid and alkali resistant belt, anti-static electricitybelt, high temperature resistant belt (¡150oC) and sanitary style,etc.
